(CIRPC)is set up with an
aim to procure, develop and manage websites, ICT and related
activities (hardware and software) within the institutions run by Seth Pokhar
Mal Educational Society(SPMES).
Objective(s)
The work scope of Sub-Committee (CIRPC) is divided into three areas namely ICT infrastructure,
Software and Website/Portals, the details of which are as below:-
1-ICT infrastructure
(a) Procurement
(b) Maintenance
(c) Auditing
(d)Transfer between various Institutes
2-Software
(a)Procurement of License
(b)Development of customized solution

Website(s),Portals
Note:- The term ICT is an abbreviation for Information & Communication Technology and is used to
collectively describe all systems and services associated with Computers
(hardware, software & stored data), Digital networks and Telecommunication.
